We don't have any hidden costs and don't collect any commission from your booth sales. We are confident in our product, and if you find it unsatisfactory for any reason within 30 days, we'll give you a refund.
The first decision you will need to make regarding your floor plan is whether you want ExpoFP to professionally design it for you, or if you want to make it yourself using our Designer tools.
Floor plan design by ExpoFP
If we are designing your floor plan, you will be paying for a year subscription and pricing will be based on the following:
Design package. Depending on how complex your floor plan needs to be, you should select Light, Standard or PRO Design.
Size of the show. The size of your show is based on how many booths you will have on your floor plan. Previously, this was based on how many clickable objects (also known as points of interest or POIs) there were on the map. We count booths in hundreds (100, 200, etc.), where the number chosen is the limit. If you upgrade to 200 booths, you won't be able to create 201 booths in your Designer.
Light
Light is our entry-level assisted design package for smaller, straightforward events.
It includes:
Up to 100 or 200 booths;
1 month of subscription;
1 building / level;
1 major revision.
Booth reservation and sponsorship features are not included in the Light package, and booth payments are not supported.

For events with more than 1,000 booths, please send us your DWG/DXF/PDF floor plan so we can provide pricing.
For events with more than 1000 booths, please send us a DWG/DXF/PDF floor plan for pricing.
Revisions cannot be applied after the event dates.
The design is usually complete in 7–10 business days. If any part of the design process needs to be sped up, there will be a 20% urgency fee. Any work requested to be done on weekends will result in an extra charge of $500 per day.

DIY design
If you prefer to build and manage the floor plan yourself, you can use our Designer tools and keep your floor plan live with a monthly subscription.
Pricing is based on the number of booths:

Indoor positioning
Live blue dot positioning improves wayfinding and provides additional analytics. The price includes the mobile SDK license fee and beacon rental. Also, it is based on the size of your event space.

Interactive kiosks
The capability to display your floor plan on kiosks is included for free with any package. Additionally, we can provide plug-and-play vertical (49") or table (43") kiosks from our partner Popshap, which are perfectly designed to complement your ExpoFP map.

Bus tracking
Shuttle buses are often essential for big events to get people to and from the venue. Now with ExpoFP's new bus tracking feature, attendees can open the event map and see exactly where the shuttles are in real time.
The cost of this add-on is $3,000, which includes adding the bus routes to the plan and live bus loction tracking through our app.
Basic event info app
For a $1,000 fee, we can create for you a lightweight map-centric app with just the essentials: Map, Exhibitors, Agenda, and Show Info. Perfect for smaller events with basic needs and limited budgets.
DIY design
If you choose to use our Designer tools to create your own floor plan, you can have it be live for as long you want with a monthly subscription. If you want to be able to accept payments, there will be an additional cost.

Subscription and payments
If you choose the subscription with payments, it allows you to collect money for booths, sponsorships, and extras straight from the floor plan.
The money paid by exhibitors goes directly to the organizer. ExpoFP collects no fees and does not store exhibitors' credit card numbers (other than the last 4 digits for reporting). We are fully PCI DSS compliant.
If ExpoFP is designing your floor plan, contact us if you would like to accept payments.
Area map
An area map can help your attendees get to the venue and see the surrounding area. It shows streets, parking lots, hotels, and other objects. It is possible to add an area map yourself in the Designer .
Alternatively, we can create it for you for a one-time $300 fee. To order a template or an area map, please send us a request to [email protected]. Please include your event location and other details, and we'll promptly send you an invoice for $300. The creation of a venue template and the area map takes 3–10 business days, depending on your deadline and venue complexity.

Yes, you can change the number of booths anytime via your Dashboard. The unused funds will be transferred to your account as credits.
