If you'd like to use booth reservation or collect payments online, you'll need to show your booth prices. Exhibitors can open a map, select an available booth, and see the price in the pop-up window on the left.
You can set up booth prices individually, for multiple booths, or automatically calculate based on the square footage (or square meters).

How to set booth prices by ft²/m²
You can also sell booths by footage, and the price will be calculated automatically based on the booth size. To sell the booths this way, you will need both types, even if you want to apply this to all the booths. In this case, just leave only one booth type and assign all the booths to it.
Adding or changing a Booth type
Go to Floor Plan — Booth Types. Create a new booth type (by clicking +Add new) or select an existing one. Next, set the price per ft²/m² that will apply to all booths of this type. The measurement unit can be changed in the Designer

To assign booth types in bulk, go to Exhibitors
and use the importing feature. Include the relevant booth type in the designated "Booth Types" column.

Note that if you want to make an exception, you can also overwrite the calculated price for a particular booth by setting a specific price for a booth in the Designer
.
How to hide booth prices on the floor plan
If you don't want your competitors to see your prices at all, or you want to be able to change them at a later date, you can hide prices on the floor plan.
You will find the "Hide booth prices" checkbox in your backend. Go to Floor Plan - Floor plan settings and scroll to the “What booth info to show” section.
After you check this box, booth prices will be invisible on the live plan, but you will still be able to see them in the Designer
