Logo in Booth is one of the built-in sponsorship options available with subscription plans. It replaces the booth number with the company logo on the floor plan. The logo appears directly inside the booth and is visible to all visitors viewing the map. It automatically resizes to fit the booth space. A square logo works best to keep the layout clean and readable.
Organizers can edit, rename, and set the price and limit for Logo in Booth and sell or assign it manually. If you also want to collect payments for booths and extras through the floor plan, learn here what you need to do.
How to use Logo in Booth
Logo in Booth can be sold on its own or added to a listing level. Also, an organizer can include Logo in Booth as part of a Premium Listing and offer it separately at the same time. This makes it easy to build flexible packages for different exhibitor needs. If Logo in Booth is selected, the system uses the exhibitor's profile logo without additional steps.
Logo in Booth is often used to give sponsors and exhibitors more visibility and bring in additional revenue. Organizers of events with 100–500 booths usually price it between $150 and $1,000 and can earn up to $20,000 per event.
Below are a few ways how you can sell Logo in Booth.
1. Assign manually from external sales
The first option is to sell booths and add-ons on your own websites. Logo in Booth can be assigned manually to exhibitors who purchased it or were selected by the organizer. Because the sales happen outside of ExpoFP, there is no need to set a price or limit in the system.
To assign the extra to an exhibitor, go to the Exhibitors page and click on the exhibitor who has paid for the Logo in Booth. Then, find the Sponsorships section, click Add extra, and choose Logo in Booth on the list. Don't forget to click Save.
Note that it is also possible to import exhibitors in bulk through our excel template or API and include the information about purchased extras and sponsorships. This way, you don't have to add the extra to every exhibitor individually.
2. Sell directly from the floor plan
The second option is to offer Logo in Booth as a paid extra during booth reservation. The name, price, and description of the extra can be customized.
In this case, it's also important to make sure that the option "Exhibitors can reserve themselves" is activated for this extra. To activate this, go to the Sponsorships page on the Dashboard, click on the extra Logo in Booth, and check the corresponding box. Then, press Save.
Once the option is activated, exhibitors will be able to book the extra on the Reserve/Buy page while booking a booth or through the Exhibitor Portal.
3. Use for sponsor levels
One more option is to rename the Logo in Booth feature to match sponsor tiers. This approach ties visual booth branding to the sponsorship level.
