Note that you also can use our built-in extras and sponsorships. If you want to create a custom listing level, you can find a guide here.
Add or edit an extra or sponsorship
A new sponsorship or booth extra can be added from Sales & Reservations.
From there, navigate to the appropriate tab: Sponsorships or Booth Extras.
Once inside the selected tab, click + Add. This will open a form with the available settings so you can configure the new item.
After the extra is saved, it becomes available in the reservation flow or can be assigned manually through the Exhibitors section.
To edit an extra or sponsorship, find it on the list on the corresponding tab, click on it, and edit everything you need in the pop-up window. Don't forget to click Save.
What can be changed
Below, you can find a list of the extra details you can change.
Name. This is the title shown to exhibitors.
Description. This field explains what is included in the extra. For example: "The company logo will appear inside the booth on the floor plan." Hyperlinks and text formatting such as bold and italics are supported.
Image. An optional preview image can be added to show how the extra will appear on the map or in the profile. This may help exhibitors understand what they are selecting.
Price. The price is entered in the event's currency which can be set on the Pricing & Payments page.
Limit per event. This sets the total number of times the extra can be sold during the event.
Limit per exhibitor (or limit per booth). This defines how many times the extra can be used by a single exhibitor or within a booth. A value of "1" allows it to be selected once per exhibitor or booth.
You can also check or uncheck the box "Exhibitors can reserve themselves". When enabled, the extra becomes available during booth reservation or through the exhibitor portal. No approval is required.
Show tag in company profile (sponsorships only)
When this setting is active, a tag is displayed in the exhibitor profile to indicate that the extra has been added.
