You can collect payments for booths, sponsorships and extras through our platform as part of the Maps, Exhibitors and Payments package (see pricing).
The default reservation process and exhibitor journey are described here. You can also use your own registration form or our Exhibitor Portal for exhibitors to complete their profiles.
The money paid by exhibitors goes directly to the organizer. ExpoFP collects no fees and does not store exhibitors' credit card numbers (other than the last 4 digits for reporting). We are fully PCI DSS compliant.

FAQ
An exhibitor paid 50% on ExpoFP, but my Payment Gateway charged them the full amount. What should I do?
If the payment is correct on ExpoFP, it's likely an issue with the Payment Gateway. You can reach out to their support for assistance.
I've configured my PayPal Payment button, but it's not appearing. What should I do?
Reenter your credentials and make sure the Client ID is correct.
My exhibitors are getting a ‘Payment settings corrupted - application ID created in sandbox’ error when purchasing a booth. How can I fix this?
Change your Payment Gateway account type from ‘Sandbox’ to ‘Production’.
A different vendor’s name is appearing in a purchased booth on ExpoFP compared to the receipt I got. What is causing this?
Exhibitors can use their personal cards to pay for booths. However, the booth reservation is made for their company. You can check the receipt number instead.
