You can collect payments for booths, sponsorships and extras through our platform as part of the Maps, Exhibitors and Payments package (see pricing).

The default reservation process and exhibitor journey are described here. You can also use your own registration form or our Exhibitor Portal for exhibitors to complete their profiles.

The money paid by exhibitors goes directly to the organizer. ExpoFP collects no fees and does not store exhibitors' credit card numbers (other than the last 4 digits for reporting). We are fully PCI DSS compliant.

How to set up your payment gateway

Go to Settings  - Payment gateway to configure your payment processor. We integrate with PayPal, Authorize.NET, Stripe and Square.

Note that the payment gateway settings will be shared among all your events. Depending on your preferences, you will find individual instructions on your backend. We've also collected the instructions in this article.

Once the payment processor is configured, you can set the booth prices and enable the Buy button on your Dashboard :

Go to Settings - Money to set your currency, sales tax and credit card convenience fees. You can also create discounts and promo codes in Reservations  - Discounts:
