You can generate insightful reports to assist you in tracking revenue, emails sent, and booth sales progress. They can also track reservation and change history.

If you need to use attendees' behavior analytics, please read this article.

Exporting the reservation log

All your initial reservations and purchases on booths, as well as sponsorships and booth extras, are shown in the reservation log. You can export the entire log.

  1. Go to Reservation log, (in Sales & reservations ).

  2. Search for specific exhibitors by clicking More filters (if necessary).

  3. Click Export to generate an Excel file.

Note that exhibitors assigned to booths by organizers are not on this list, and the data shows how things were when the order was placed and will not include any subsequent changes.

Getting the booth stats report

On the Booth stats page (in the Analytics section), you can access the inventory of all your booths split by:

  • dimension;

  • count of booths;

  • size (area);

  • status (Available/On Hold/Reserved).

All the booths' info, except dimensions, is shown in the table by default. To show the dimensions as well, click the toggle Show Dimensions. If you want to download the report, click on Export to generate an Excel file.

On the same page, you can also see the amount invoiced, paid, and the balance.

Getting access the mailing log

You can see the history of all emails sent through the ExpoFP platform and check the messages' content, the recipients, and also the status of emails sent.

  1. To see the mailing log, go to Analytics - Mailing log.

  2. Then, click on the message for which you want to see the details.
