You can generate insightful reports to assist you in tracking the revenue, the emails sent, the booth sales progress, reservation and change history.

Reservation log

All your initial reservations and purchases on booths, sponsorships and booth extras are shown in the reservation log. You can export the entire log or download invoices separately.

How to export reservation log and invoices

Go to “Reservations -> Reservation log”, then click on “Export” to generate an Excel file. You can also click on the download button to save the invoice (or reservation receipt).

Exhibitors assigned to booths by organizers are not on this list, and the data shows how things were when the order was placed and doesn't include any later changes.

Booth stats

You can access the inventory of all your booths split by booth type, dimension, number of booths, area and the percentage reserved in a table.

How to export the booth stats report

Go to “Reservations - Stats”, then click on “Export” to generate an Excel file.

You can scroll down the page to see the amount invoiced, paid, and the balance. You can also see the Reservation progress chart.

Booth list report

You can check a more detailed list of booths, including information about the dimensions, pricing, shapes (regular and irregular) and exhibitors assigned. You can also apply filters, such as booth status, booth number, exhibitor, booth type, dimensions and price, to get a specific report.

How to export the booth list report

Go to “Booths - Booth list”, then click on “Export” to generate an Excel file.

Mailing log

You can see the history of all emails sent through the ExpoFP platform and check the messages’ content, the recipients and also the status of emails sent.

How to access the Mailing log

Go to “Exhibitors details - Mailing log”. Then, click on the message you want to see the details.

Next, you can see the sent date, the email content, and the recipients.

Change history report

You can see the history of changes applied to a company on the Exhibitor details page, such as modifications to the Booths and extras, Sponsorships, Invoices and Payments.

Go to “Exhibitors” and click on the company name.

Next, scroll down the page to see the changes, who applied and the date. Click on “Export” to generate an Excel file.

Exhibitors’ details report

You can access a detailed exhibitor information report containing comprehensive and organized data related to each exhibitor participating in the event, such as the Exhibitor ID, Company name, Company description, Booth details, Categories, Tags, Company location, Company contact, Company Logo URL, Social media, Auto-login link for exhibitor portal, Admin Notes, Payment details, Action Button links, Listing levels, Sponsorship options (Logo in booth, Featured listing, Logo in header, Extras), and the Last modified date.

A pop-up window will appear with a download link. Click to download the Excel file. The link remains valid for 7 days.
