If you've opted to have your floor plan designed by ExpoFP, subscription is already included in the Light, Standard or PRO Design packages. But if not, you can use our Designer tools to create your own floor plan and have it be live for as long as you want with a monthly subscription.

Subscription and payments
If you have designed your own floor plan, you can add the option to accept payments for an additional monthly fee. This allows you to collect money for booths, sponsorships and extras straight from the floor plan. If ExpoFP is designing your floor plan, contact us if you would like to accept payments.
The money paid by exhibitors goes directly to the organizer. ExpoFP collects no fees and does not store exhibitors' credit card numbers (other than the last 4 digits for reporting). We are fully PCI DSS compliant.
Can I use my floor plan for free?
Yes, you can use your floor plan without a subscription to:
Show basic exhibitor profiles
Show available and reserved booths in real time
Manage exhibitors and booth assignments
Embed the floor plan into your website
