You Are Here QR codes from ExpoFP help your attendees see their location in the venue and navigate to their destinations. They can be printed out and placed in the aisles, at the registration desk, or even outside the venue to help find the way to the expo hall.

You can print unlimited QR codes and easily set their location before the event. This feature is offered at no additional cost to any subscription and doesn't require setting up an indoor positioning system (IPS).

Attendees can scan the QR codes, which will open the floor plan and show their position as a blue dot. Next, they can choose their destination by clicking on an object or searching for an exhibitor name in the search field. If they search for a company and press the button “Directions,” - the route will be shown right away, and they won’t need to select the starting point (if this is done shortly after scanning the QR code).

First, go to Integration - You Are Here on your backend (make sure your floor plan has an active subscription).

Then, enter the number of QR codes you need. Download and print them out.

Save the passcode - you'll need it to set codes' locations at the venue.

When at the venue, download the ExpoFP You Are Here app, sign in using the passcode and follow the instructions on the screen.

To change or remove the position, click on the pin once again.
