ExpoFP interactive floor plans offer a wide range of in-built sponsorships, which allow event organizers to generate additional income. And we're always looking for new options for you to return your investment. So we're happy to introduce sponsorship QR codes - an easy and effective way to drive more traffic to booths.

Why use QR codes?

  • Attendee traffic: QR codes don't just promote your sponsors; they lead attendees straight to them.

  • Quick turnaround: These codes can be easily generated and implemented.

  • Branding options: Customize them with company logos and brand colors.

  • Analytics: Gain insights with detailed analytics on scan numbers, including location, users, and devices. On your dashboard, you can also see and compare exhibitor views, clicks on media within exhibitor profiles and more.

  • Package deal: Easily combine QR codes with our other in-built sponsorship options for maximum ROI.

How to get QR codes for your floor plan

We recommend our floor plan creation services along with wayfinding for a professional look and accuracy. Currently, we offer up to five QR codes created based on the information below.

Locations and destinations

Each QR code requires to have a location and a destination, created on the floor plan as a clickable object. It can be an entrance, a booth, a stage, a hotel, a subway station, or anything else.

Such points of interest don't need to be unique - multiple codes can lead to one destination (one sponsor) from different locations.

Template and style

You can choose from the templates below. They can be with our without company logos.

Logos and colors

We can customize codes for a consistent look with company marketing materials and ads at your show. The codes will look better and scan quicker with simple good-quality logos and contrasting colors.

Format and resolution

We send the QR codes to you in PNG or SVG format in resolution up to 2000 px.
