An area map can help your attendees get to the venue and see the surrounding area. It shows streets, parking lots, hotels, and other objects.
Clickable objects on the map
We can make any object on the map clickable and searchable — public transport stops, coffee shops, hotels, etc. The Taxi/Uber area is clickable in this example from ICE London, the biggest event for the gaming community:
Area maps for virtual events
Area maps can be used for virtual maps as well. With virtual events, you don't need to be limited by your venue — you can choose any location, and we will turn it into an excellent experience for all participants.
How to get an area map for your floor plan
We create an area map along with any floor plan design.
If you want to order a template or an area map separately (for example, on DIY plan), please send us a request to [email protected]. Please include your event location and other details, and we'll promptly send you an invoice for $300. The creation of a venue template and the area map takes 3–10 business days, depending on your deadline and venue complexity.
Alternatively, you can add the area map yourself through the Designer .
