ExpoFP interactive floor plans allow you to return your investment and generate additional income. On average, our clients who sell our built-in sponsorship options earn an extra $5,650 for small and medium-sized shows.* However, we've had clients with big events who earned up to $115,000. Let's go over how you can earn money with sponsorship options too.

What can you sell?

We offer various advertisement and sponsorship options:

  • Logo in Header

  • Logo in Booth

  • Featured Listing

  • Premium Listing

All of these options will promote your sponsors automatically — with no extra effort on your side. Let's take a look at them individually.

Logo in Header

The Logo in Header sponsorship option shows the clickable company logo on the top of the floor plan. A click on a logo opens the exhibitor's profile and highlights their booth. On average, a logo in the header gets an exhibitor on average 551% more views in comparison with exhibitors without it. You can use it to generate extra revenue or to promote your existing sponsors.

The logos are pulled automatically from exhibitor profiles and rotate every 8 seconds. Clicking the logo opens the exhibitor's profile and highlights their booth.

Pro tip: the recommended price is $100–300 for Logo in Header.

Working with Logo in Header

You can edit, rename, and set the price and limit for logos in the header. They can be sold or assigned manually. See more details here.

Logo in Booth

The Logo in Booth sponsorship option displays a company's logo directly on the floor plan, making it easier for attendees to find them. This feature enhances their visibility on average 267% compared to exhibitors without it. You can use it to generate extra revenue or highlight sponsors' areas at the show.

The logos displayed are automatically sourced from the exhibitors' respective profiles.

How to rotate booth logos

You can adapt the logos to various booth shapes. Follow the criteria below:

1. The booth should not be rotated within the Designer, and its angle must be set to 0.

2. The booth's height must be at least twice the width, such as 5 x 10.

3. The image used for the logo needs to have a width-to-height ratio greater than or equal to 2. For example, an image of 500 x 200 can be rotated, while an image of 300 x 200 cannot be rotated.

Pro tip: the recommended price is $100–300 for Logo in Booth.

Featured Listing

The Featured Listing sponsorship option allows exhibitors to highlight their company and gain additional visibility on a floor plan. The company is displayed at the top of the category and the exhibitor list, featuring more prominent formatting, such as bold text and a diamond icon. On average, a Featured Listing boosts an exhibitor's views by 533% compared to those without it. You can use it to generate extra revenue or promote your existing sponsors.

With Premium Listings, you can upsell any field in the exhibitor profile (such as galleries, videos and action buttons), and you can include any options from above into a package and sell them together.

Pro tip: price for Premium Listings may vary in the range of $50–1,500, depending on the use case.

Though we mentioned the recommended prices throughout this article, it is up to you to decide how much to charge. We have clients who charged $1,000 per logo and sold several logos successfully.

Our client's case study

Organizers of the Latin Tyre Expo, the leading tire and auto parts show in Latin America, earned an extra $11,500 in revenue. They successfully sold three Logo in Header sponsorships for $1,500 each and 14 Featured Listings for $500 each.

Currently, they are preparing for their 2024 show, selling booths and our built-in sponsorships. Following their success, they've adjusted the prices for Featured Listings and have already gained more revenue for their upcoming event, eight months in the future.
