ExpoFP interactive floor plans allow you to return your investment and generate additional income. On average, our clients who sell our built-in sponsorship options earn an extra $5,650 for small and medium-sized shows.* However, we've had clients with big events who earned up to $115,000. Let's go over how you can earn money with sponsorship options too.

What can you sell?

We offer various advertisement and sponsorship options:

  • Logo in Header

  • Logo in Booth

  • Featured Listing

  • Premium Listing

All of these options will promote your sponsors automatically — with no extra effort on your side. Let's take a look at them individually.

Logo in Header

Logo in Header shows the clickable company logo on the top of the floor plan. A click on a logo opens the exhibitor's profile and highlights their booth.

Floor plan featuring the Logo in Header sponsorship option

An exhibitor using Logo in Header gets an average of 551% more views compared to exhibitors without it.* On average, our clients earn $5,000 with the Logo in Header sponsorship option.

Example: A $200 logo sold to 20 exhibitors brings in an extra $4,000.

Pro tip: the recommended price is $100–300 for Logo in Header.

Logo in Booth

Logo in Booth displays a company logo directly on the floor plan, making it easier for attendees to find the exhibitor. This option is especially helpful for exhibitors who are new to the event or have a smaller booth size.

Floor plan featuring the Logo in Booth sponsorship option

Exhibitors who have a logo in their booth receive an average of 267% more exposure compared to the ones who don't.* On average, organizers earn $6,000 with the Logo in Booth sponsorship option.

Example: A $150 logo in a booth sold to 40 exhibitors would bring in an extra $6,000.

Pro tip: the recommended price is $100–300 for Logo in Booth.

How to rotate booth logos

You can adapt the logos to various booth shapes. Follow the criteria below:

1. The booth should not be rotated within the designer, and its angle must be set to 0.

2. The booth's height must be at least twice the width, such as 5 x 10.

3. The image used for the logo needs to have a width-to-height ratio greater than or equal to 2. For example, an image of 500x200 can be rotated, while an image of 300x200 cannot.

Featured Listing

Featured Listings are exhibitors that are shown at the top of the exhibitor list and every matching search or category. They are formatted in bold with a diamond icon and have a more prominent background.

Floor plan showing the Featured Listing sponsorship option

Exhibitors with Featured Listings received on average 533% more exposure compared to exhibitors without it.* On average, our clients earn $7,000 with Featured Listings.

Example: A $300 listing sold to 30 exhibitors would bring in an extra $9,000.

Pro tip: the recommended price is $100–300 for a Featured Listing.

Premium Listing

With Premium Listings, you can upsell any field in the exhibitor profile (such as galleries, videos and action buttons), and you can include any options from above into a package and sell them together.

Pro tip: price for Premium Listings may vary in the range of $50–1,500, depending on the use case.

Though we mentioned the recommended prices throughout this article, it is up to you to decide how much to charge. We have clients who charged $1,000 per logo and sold several logos successfully.

Our client's case study

Organizers of the Latin Tyre Expo, the leading tire and auto parts show in Latin America, earned an extra $11,500 in revenue. They successfully sold three Logo in Header sponsorships for $1,500 each and 14 Featured Listings for $500 each.

Currently, they are preparing for their 2024 show, selling booths and our built-in sponsorships. Following their success, they've adjusted the prices for Featured Listings and have already gained more revenue for their upcoming event, eight months in the future.
