One of the most crucial aspects of a floor plan is how exhibitors are displayed. Your vendors rely on the floor plan to attract attendees to their booths, and attendees use it to navigate the event and plan their visit.

With Listing Levels, you can create different exhibitor tiers, each with unique features.

Standard, Premium, and customized listings

Standard listing

By default, all exhibitors are given the Standard listing, which typically includes their name, logo, description, and contact information. You can customize which fields to include in the standard listing and change its name.

Go to Sales & Reservations  Listing levels and click on the "Standard listing" to edit it. Customize the listing's name, description, image, and fields (check-boxes) in the pop-up window.

To edit the fields (the checkboxes), you can also select all, deselect all, or invert selection.

On the same page, you can add sponsorships options to the Standard listing, which aren't included by default.

Please note that the Company name, booth number & category (if assigned) are always displayed in the company profile.

Premium listing

To generate extra revenue and attract more sponsors to your show, we recommend upselling additional fields to exhibitors by using the Premium listing. The default Premium listing includes videos, marketing materials, and action buttons, in addition to all the Standard listing options.

However, you can change what is included in the package. When you need to do this, go to Sales & Reservations - Listing levelsand choose "Premium listing". On this page, you can also customize the listing's name, description, and image in a similar way to the Standard listing. To change the fields, uncheck the boxes next to the options you don't want to include in the listing.

It's worth mentioning that your exhibitors will still see the restricted fields on their backend, even though the information won’t appear on the front view.

It's also important to set the price of the Premium listing because by default, it is $0.

Sponsorships options in the Premium listing

By default, the Premium listing also includes two built-in sponsorships options, Logo in both and Featured listing. You should uncheck these boxes if you want to sell the sponsorships separately from the Premium listing. If you, vice versa, want to sell all the sponsorships options in one package, you can add the "Logo in header" sponsorship.

You can also add your own sponsorships options to the Premium package. Simply edit the listing's description or image to show other options that you offer along with the listing.

Creating your own listing level

In addition to the Standard and Premium listings, you can create your own listing. In order to add the listing, click the "+Add" button.

Then, you will see a blank template of the future listing. You need to give it a name, description, and image, set the price, and choose which fields to upsell with the new listing. You can also include our other sponsorship options (Logo in Header, Logo in Booth, and Featured Listings) to sell everything in one package.

It's also possible to add your own sponsorship options to the customized listing, in the same way as described above.

Using Listing Levels

After you set the listing levels, exhibitors can choose the package they need in the Exhibitor portal.

They can also pay for the chosen package on the same page if you have the accepting payments options activated.

Alternatively, you can collect payments through a third-party platform.

How to assign listings manually

The other way to use the listing levels is to assign them manually.  Go to the Exhibitors page, search for the company, and click on it. Next, scroll down to the "Sponsorships" section and click on the listing's name to change it (only one listing can be assigned to an exhibitor).
