Online booth reservation and sponsorship sales can significantly help save time on your event preparation. However, even if you're not ready yet to share your floor plan, you can start taking initial inquiries or applications from potential exhibitors.

Inquiring without booth selection

You can give your exhibitors options to inquire about booths of different types, sizes, and prices.

Exhibitor booth selection page

Here's how it works:

  • Use the Designer  to add booths. Since you're not sharing the layout yet, their location doesn't matter. The system will number them automatically in consecutive order.

Reservation page showing custom message in box

Now your reservation page is ready, and you can show it to your exhibitors. To do that:

  • Find your unique event ID on the Dashboard :

Dashboard with unique event ID in box with arrow pointing at it
  • Insert your event ID as the last digits within this link:

You can allow your exhibitors to choose their booth location, but still communicate to them that their application has not been approved yet. There are several ways to do this:

Floor plan with booth reservation instructions in box
  • Rename the Reserve button (for example, Apply for this booth)

  • Set your booths to be "On Hold" by default after the application is submitted

Collecting a deposit

You can collect a down payment or a full amount for the booth or sponsorships from prospective exhibitors. In this case, the link should lead to the Buy page instead:

The last digits also represent your event ID.
