How to change the floor plan language

You can change the language of your floor plan and the Reserve page. However, you can not change the language of the Dashboard or Exhibitor Portal — these are always in English.

Note that if the user's browser language differs, it will be selected automatically. This may be useful in bilingual countries such as Canada, where you may want to set the default language for the floor plan to be English, but if the visitor's language is French, the floor plan would be displayed in French.

How to switch language on the floor plan view

Users can switch the language on the floor plan by clicking the "hamburger" button next to the search field.

Process for switching language.

Available booths will display the Buy and Reserve buttons, as well as booth information, in the selected language.

You can change the default language for the floor plan by going to Settings - Language and either selecting the one you want to use, or choosing to default to the user's browser language.

The Buy and Reserve pages will be displayed in the language selected.

How to hide booth prices/sizes on the floor plan

If you don't want your competitors to see your prices, or you want to be able to change prices at a later date, you can hide them on the plan.

Reserve booth pop up without prices

To do this, check the Hide booth prices checkbox in Settings - Floor Plan.

Here you can also hide booth sizes or numbers for booths with exhibitors. Once you check the needed boxes and click Save changes, these details will become invisible on the live plan while remaining visible on your Dashboard.

How to hide exhibitors on the floor plan

You can hide the exhibitors' locations and details before the show starts. You can also hide some exhibitors on the floor plan. Go to Settings  - Floor plan and scroll down to the “What companies to show” section.

Hide all companies

All exhibitors' profiles will be hidden on the floor plan. Reserved booths will be displayed as reserved without exhibitors' names on them. The organizer can still see the list of all the companies in the Exhibitors section.

Hide non-Featured exhibitors in booths

You can choose to show only a Featured exhibitor within the booth. It is especially useful when the booth is shared among many exhibitors. You can still see the others in the exhibitor list on the left if you click on the booth.

Hide companies that are “On Hold”

The companies with their booths "On Hold" will not be displayed in the exhibitor list on the left side of the front view until you approve their reservation.

Hide companies that have no booth except

This option might be useful for preserving company data but not showing it publicly. The exceptions can still be found in the exhibitor list on the left.
