If you don't want to share who your exhibitors are before the show or want a company to be displayed on the plan only after you approve the reservation, you can hide some of the exhibitors on the floor plan. To do that, go to Settings - Floor plan and scroll down to the What companies to show section.

There are four options at the moment.

Hide all companies

All exhibitors' profiles will be hidden on the floor plan. Reserved booths will be displayed as reserved without exhibitors' names on them. The organizer will still be able to see the list of all the companies in Exhibitors .

Hide non-featured exhibitors in booths

You can choose to show only a Featured exhibitor within the booth. It is especially useful when the booth is shared among many exhibitors. You can still see the others in the exhibitor list on the left if you click on the booth.

Hide companies that are "On Hold"

The companies with their booths "On Hold" will not be displayed in the exhibitor list on the left side of the front view until you approve their reservation.

Hide companies that have no booth except

This option might be useful when you want to preserve company data but not show them publicly. The exceptions can still be found in the exhibitor list on the left.
