A floor plan can be downloaded as a PDF image for offline use and printed as brochures and posters. The link to download the image can be found on the live floor plan. Click the "hamburger" button next to the search field to see it:

You can also download the PDF right in the Designer . If you need a vector image to edit in Adobe Illustrator, click the SVG button instead. Images can also be downloaded as PNG or DXF (AutoCAD).

Frequently asked questions

Why does the downloaded PDF only display a part of the floor plan rather than the complete layout?

The area of the floor plan displayed in the PDF depends on the way your viewbox is set up. You can read more about the viewbox in this article.

Can I download a PDF of the floor plan with the exhibitor list?

The PDF includes the exhibitor names within the booths but not the exhibitor list.

My PDF doesn't show booth numbers/sizes.

If your PDF doesn't show some booth data, most likely, it's disabled on the floor plan view as well (for example, the booth sizes are hidden). You can check and adjust it on your back end.

See more details in this article.

How can I export a PDF with distances between the booths shown?

Currently, to show the distance between booths, we need to involve our development team. We can enable this option for you to export such files for a one-time fee. Please contact our team for details.
