1. Make It Easy to Find

If people can’t see it, they won’t use it.

Add the link to:

  • Event website navigation (“Floor Plan” / “Venue Map”)

  • Event app

  • Registration emails, FAQs

Tip: Use clear CTAs like “Explore the interactive floor plan”.

2. Use It Before the Event

That’s when it adds the most value.

  • Attendees: “Plan your visit — explore exhibitors and stages.”

  • Exhibitors: “Share your booth location via your profile link.”

  • Newsletters: Link directly to booths, zones, or sponsors.

3. Use It On-Site for Wayfinding

Turn it into a live navigation tool.

  • QR codes on badges, signage, and printed maps

  • Kiosks or large screens with the live map

Why: works on any phone, no app needed.

4. Let Exhibitors Amplify It

They extend your reach.

  • Share booth links in emails, LinkedIn, meeting invites

  • Add “Find us on the floor plan” to outreach
Provide: direct booth URL, QR code, short message template.

5. Embed It on Your Website

Replace static PDFs with one live source.

  • Venue & exhibitor pages

  • “Plan Your Visit” sections

Result: always up to date, mobile-friendly, fewer “Where is booth X?” questions.
