Communicate the value to your exhibitors

To encourage your exhibitors to buy additional options, show them the value. As weโ€™ve described in our main article, exhibitors with our in-built sponsorships get 400%-500% more views.

Include descriptions and images

Edit the descriptions and showcase the examples in the way best suited to your target audience.

Include them in your packages

You can also create sponsorship levels, including one or all sponsorship options as part of the package.

Make an exclusive offer

You can set a limit for any sponsorship option to increase its value. To do that, in the back end, go to Reservations - Extras and choose the relevant sponsorship option. Set the desired limit and save applied changes.


Encourage exhibitors to complete profiles

Use for booth types

You can use booth types to offer exhibitors a choice of booth layouts and designs. For example, a "premium" booth can feature a more attractive design than a "standard" booth, increasing visibility and attendee engagement.
