How to sell sponsorships without booths

Learn how to use ExpoFP floor plans to sell packages to sponsors who are not buying a booth.

Sponsorships can be offered even if a sponsor isn't reserving a booth. In these cases, a direct link to the reservation page can be shared, skipping booth selection entirely.

This type of link is often used for partners, suppliers or other sponsors who don't need a physical presence in the exhibition part of the event. It can be added to a website or included in an email. The reservation page looks slightly different — it doesn't show booth options, and the header is adjusted accordingly.

How to create a sponsorship reservation link

The link is created by combining the main reservation link with the Expo ID of the event. The process includes the following steps:

1. The Expo ID can be found in the Dashboard  URL as the last part of the address.


2. This ID is placed at the end of the link format:

3. The completed link is shared with sponsors who are not selecting a booth directly.
