Booth types allow you to calculate booth prices automatically. When an exhibitor selects an available booth on the floor plan, they'll see its type, size and price.

Go to "Booths - Booth types." Create a new booth type or select an existing one. Next, set the price per ft²/m² that will apply to all booths of this type.

To assign booths to types, go to the Designer, select a booth, and select its type in the pop-up window on the right.

To choose all the booths of this type and edit them all at once, click the icon to the right.

All the prices for booths of this type will be calculated based on their size and booth type price.

To assign booth types in bulk, you can use the importing feature via the Exhibitor tab. Include the relevant booth type in the designated column "Booths Type."

Note that if you want to make an exception, you can also overwrite the calculated price for a particular booth by setting a specific price for a booth in the Designer.

It is not possible to use promo codes/discounts only for specific booth types. However, you can create multiple promo codes and adjust them to your particular case.

It is possible to charge per ft²/m² for booth extras. To do that, choose ft or m as a measurement unit in the Designer before creating booths.

It isn't possible to restrict exhibitors from selecting a booth of a specific type. Alternatively, you can display instructions on the reservation page.

Currently, it isn't possible to hide the booth type on the front view.

This happens when your floor plan is set in m² and not in ft². You can find the switch button on the bottom right corner of your Designer.

Exhibitors can't change the booth type because they are assigned by the organizer.

Booths of the same type share the same name and price logic but not the sizes. You can adjust sizes manually in the Designer.
