How to manage your teammates

Adding or removing members to your team, and monitoring access.

Your team can give you a hand with managing your expo. Teammates will have access only to the selected events and cannot access your profile, payment processor, or billing information.

Note the:

  • Teammates can't upgrade floor plans or change the current subscription.

  • It's highly recommended not to work on the Dashboard or try to import exhibitors simultaneously with another teammate.

  • By default, the added teammates will have access to all the floor plans you create, but you can change it.

How to add teammates

Go to the Event settings - Team - account. Enter the invitee's email in the "Add team members" section and click "+ Add". Make sure the new team member has already created an account on our platform.

How to manage teammates' access to floor plans

To see all team members added to a specific floor plan, go to Event settings - Team - this event. Click "Edit" to manage a teammate's access to the floor plan.

Next, you can uncheck the "All" box to remove access from specific floor plans under your account. Click on the three-dot menu, then "Delete" to remove a teammate completely.

Is there a limit or an extra fee for adding teammates to my floor plan?

You can add as many teammates as you want at no cost.

Is it possible to assign different permissions to teammates, e.g., restrict access to the Designer?

At the moment, all teammates share the same permissions.

Can I see which teammate made changes to the floor plan design?

Yes, hover over the curved arrow near the "Save" button. It will show who saved the plan version.
