If you need to add more booths, change your design package or cancel your subscription, you can do this at any time in your Dashboard . Any unused money will be returned to your account and made available for future subscriptions. After your event has passed, you can delete or clone it to use the same design for the next event.

Let's go over all the options.

Change or cancel your subscription

Scroll down your Dashboard  to see information about your package, booths, next charge date and subscription end date. Click Change or Cancel Package.

When you click Change, you'll get redirected to the upgrade page, where you can choose a different number of booths or a different package. See more details here.

Unused money and credits

If you cancel your subscription, the subscription end date is reset to the end of the current month. Unused money becomes credits, which the system calculates automatically. This is how it works:

  • If you upgrade and cancel the same day, the full amount will be credited.

  • If you upgrade for a month and cancel the next day, nothing will be credited and your floor plan will be live for the rest of the billing month.

  • If you upgrade for three months and cancel after a week, you will be credited for two months and your floor plan will be live for the rest of the billing month.

Change the subscription end date

Hover over the subscription end date to change it:

Transfer subscriptions between events

You can cancel the subscription of one event and upgrade another one. Any remaining money will be returned to your account to be used for this upgrade.

Clone an event

If you clone your existing floor plan for next year, you can reuse it. This will copy your floor plan layout and, optionally, your exhibitors and booth assignments. The option to do this is also at the bottom of your Dashboard . The new event will have a 7-day trial, and after that, you can choose to keep it free or to upgrade.

Delete an event

The option to delete your event can be found at the bottom of your Dashboard . If the event has an active subscription, you need to cancel it first before you can delete it.

Create a new event

You can create a new event by clicking Create floor plan on our main website menu or your Dashboard . More details about creating events are here.

Frequently asked questions

I downgraded to fewer booths. Why does the system want to charge me again?

The minimal subscription period is one month. The billing cycle is renewed every time you change your subscription. The system will take into account your latest balance and turn the unused funds into credits. You will be charged according to your new number of booths for at least a month, depending on your particular case.

Can I still change the package/number of booths if I pre-paid?

Yes, you can change your subscription package and the number of booths at any time via your Dashboard .

What happens after I cancel my subscription?

Once your subscription ends, your floor plan will be downgraded to the free package. Please note that no data is lost, and you can always upgrade again to restore it.

Why don't I see the options to change or cancel my subscription?

Only the account owner can apply changes to the subscription. None of their teammates can access that information. If you are the account owner and still can't see those buttons, contact our support team.
