The 3D view option allows attendees to see the floor plan as a 3D render. The view can be toggled between 3D and 2D by clicking the button on the top left corner.

If you'd like to add this view to your floor plan, contact us via the chat button or send an email to [email protected].

Features

All the features available in the 2D view are also available and enhanced in the 3D view option. Using wayfinding, for instance, attendees can rotate the map to ensure they're heading in the right direction. The 3D view also allows attendees to explore the surrounding area of the venue.

Enabling 3D and choosing a default view

You can enable the 3D View in Settings - Floor plan. Choose which view (2D or 3D) you prefer to be displayed by default when the floor plan is opened in a browser or hide the switch button altogether.

Process for enabling 3D and choosing a default view

If you have 3D view enabled and your image or logo isn't visible, make sure that the Flat in 3D option is not on for the image in the Designer. Unselecting this option should make your image appear properly in the 3D view.
